Some more pics…
I finally got to meet Karen and Dawn at my first race ever in Calgary! What amazing people! Karen was very supportive and helpful and Dawn was fabulously inspiring! You should have seen Karen. 10k Run for Muscular Dystrophy
The theme was Catch the Elves and it was a fun run. I am very glad to have met Karen C. and Dawn. Karen was amazing and very supportive. She finished way before Dawn and me, but I don’t know her time. Karen ran back and forth to urge on late finishers as if she had not just run the 10k herself. Amazing energy. I am also very impressed with Dawn. Dawn is such an inspiration! Thank you Karen and Dawn for your support! Here is a photo of the group just before the race. From left to right we have Karen, John, Morgan, and Dawn.
