Well, I just got back from my 10 mile run which I did in 2 hours and 13 minutes. I am now 23.7 miles closer to Frostbite Falls. Only 36.3 miles left to go. I am still alive. But I am tired so this post isn’t going to get any longer…

I just heard about a 43 year old runner who died after crossing the finish line, but cause of death is not yet known. I quote from a post in my runner’s forum:
