A pain free 7.42 kilometers today…

What a refreshing change to run a 6:44 pace per kilometer without pain. No knee pain at all. It was, as I said on the penguin group, delicious. Tomorrow I will accept an invitation from my wife Marilyn to bike to Devon with her. Summer is starting out to be very promising. Our Martagon Lilies are just now poking their heads out of the soil, which means they may actually flower this year as opposed to freezing their buds off like they have done for the last two years. Last two years at this time of year they were over a foot high and in bud when a weeks worth of minus 9 degrees C, frost and snow destroyed their potential.
