Since Jan 1 of this year I have run 341.4 km and biked 317 km. Tomorrow I plan on biking around 80 kms with my new High Sierra Hydration Pack $23.00 from Costco.

I have to say that this leopard was our chaparone and wine advisor throughout the trip and he has taken offense to be left out of the vacation report. So here he is in all his glory. His name is “Longname Nocansay”.
