11 km today and a meeting…

Had a good 11 km, 1:21:32 run today in a breezy but warm partly cloudy day. Then I went to Devon to speak with a local RCMP Officer who happens to be the race director for the upcoming Devon Turkey Chase Oct 8th and liaised a bit between the RCMP Officer and Kamren Farr, [...]
