Today’s 11 km was up and down…
Sunday, October 21st, 2007Today’s 11 km come back run had its ups and downs, but it still went better than I expected. I guess after the layoff I had, that this is now my long run. The rest of this week will be 5 km runs on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. That’s ok.
