Karate 3

Man, I love the karate workout. I may never progress beyond the “Hey, look, there is a 55 year old idiot trying to do karate” stage but I am getting the total fitness package I need to become a better runner and to be able to move like a kid again. Actually no one ever said that to me I am just joking. The people in my dojo are awesome human beings. I would not hesitate to point to them and tell a youngster, “Look there is a role model you should emulate!” They are kind, polite, and respectful. The instructors exercise discipline and focus very effectively and in a positive way. So we are still beginning to learn the basic white belt moves that we would need to advance to a yellow belt.
