Tuesday, November 6th, 2007I had to donate blood today at the Canadian Blood Service at 5:15 PM so I was a little concerned about going to karate afterwards. You know, they say no strenuous activity for 6 to 8 hours after. Anyway it was ok since we did not have to do push ups.
