6.5 km hustle…

It was totally sunny. Of course the sun is very low in the sky so the shadows are always dramatic. It was -5 degrees. I sort of accidentally ran a fartlek today as I fell behind in my pace aspirations. So I really had to hustle to catch up to my intended pace.
I did it in 0:48:36 which rounded off is a 7:29 pace so I guess I did it. But it was hard work.
