Karate 17
Yesterday after warm up we did a lot of kihon kumites and focused on perfecting ko tai ran. Nothing much else to comment on other than I did the kumites with a blue belt as a partner. It really helps to have them correct our forms. There is absolutely no way you can learn karate without a teacher. Just can’t be done.
