Weather improved for today’s 6.5 km run…
I ran a 7:22 pace today, doing the 6.5 km in 0:47:54. This is slightly slower than last time but still faster than my 7:30 goal. The temperature was minus 11 C. The weather is and has been warming up. It is supposed to get near zero this week.
