I wish they would plow the roads…
I ran 11 km today but it was hard because I was sinking into the snow and having to slide back three inches for every step forward. My pace was 8:26, almost a full minute slower than I would like. And I worked a hell of a lot harder too. Anyway, I can’t complain. At least I am still getting out there. The 2.5 km of trails on the particular route I take require a lot more concentration due to the hardened footprints and uneven paths. Lots of ankle work there! The weather was mild, only -5 with no wind, but the shadows are long and the sun is low on the horizon. I want spring!

Did Moses Lie?
There is a lot of apparently wrong information in the books supposedly authored by Moses. I want to assure readers that I wholly respect their beliefs and I am not writing this to belittle any faith or attack anyone. I just want to exercise my freedom of expression. All my life I have searched for meaning and for God. I still am. I do not want this to be a long story so I will say that I tried and studied a lot of faiths. I wavered many times between skepticism and mostly Christianity. I was an angry skeptic, then a fanatical Christian. There was a lot of pain and growing up.
