Friday, January 4th, 2008Today I ran 7 km at a 7:24 pace. I noticed a bit of the coil spring on my Yaktrax was broken. Near the heel, one coil had broken off, exposing a sharp bit of the coil. The interesting thing is that the other Yaktrax has exactly the same break. [...]
