Run 20, 2008

I ran a glorious 7 km in glorious sunshine and warmth today. Did I mention that it was glorious? The sunshine was yellow. The roads were dry. I did not use my yaktrax. I ran it in an easy 50:51 for a 7:15 pace.

Spring. It’s coming to a theater near you soon. Are you ready for it?
