Run 21, 2008

I ran on a nice day today with the temps hovering a notch below zero in warm fuzzy sunshine. I did a trail loop again, losing a few minutes on some treacherous ice on the well packed trail. I ran a total of 14 km in 1:46:48 for a 7:37 pace which is slightly slower than my goal pace of 7:30 for an LSD.

I did not take my yaktrax today because the roads are almost dry. This week is exceptionally busy for me at work so I hope I can maintain my schedule without too much alteration.
