		<description>You are welcome Karen.  But I am definitely feeling my age.  If you are ever interested in taking Karate, might I recommend the same style I chose?  It is authentic Okinawan karate and has bout 70 kata as opposed to Goju Ryu, although authentic too, which has only about 10 or so.  By all means, stay away from non-authentic styles like unrestricted martial arts or the karate mills that sell belts.</description>
