Run 27, 2008

Run 27 wasn’t a run at all but a walk because I was feeling like I had a cold or the flu or something. Definitely something is draining my energy reserves and also a sore throat, sneezing and sniffles too. Nevertheless I was determined not to miss the calorie burn. My walk took me and hour and a half for 7 km which out of my own curiosity is a 12:51 pace. In other words a walk. Still it counts because it is extra to what I would normally do in a day, ie: It counts as exercise. Hmm…come to think of it running IS what I normally do!
But at least I went out without trashing my body too badly. I hope I feel better for Sunday’s first really long run of 17 km. Gotta start training for that marathon after all!
