The end is in sight…

The end of the flu that is. I feel almost human today. I hope to shuffle around outside a bit to remind me that I haven’t burnt up a road for nine days. Nine days ago today I walked 7 km in defiance of an imminent visit from the plague. That’s a long time.

I won’t be running today either. I have been out of touch, but I think there is a karate ranking happening on Tuesday which I hope to participate in. I have not been practicing that either.

I live…again! Or at least I am beginning to live.
