I am upgrading WordPress and looking for a new theme…
That title about says it all. It might take a while for me to tweak out a new theme so you all be patient, OK? The picture in the header is NOT the one that will stay. It is just a placeholder as produced by the author of this theme.

Run 28, 2008
I am trying really hard to get back into running after the flu but I am still coughing and weak. Also, I am still really sore from my karate grading last Tuesday. Nevertheless, I went out on this sunny day in my running shorts and ran a 7 km in 55 minutes which is much faster than I expected but slower than my training pace goal of 52:30 (a 7:30 pace). So today my pace was 7:51. I hope I feel better soon. I can’t wait to get back into some serious action. I wrote to Kathryn of 5Peaks to ask for my free entry into Devon’s trail race this June. I will be doing Devon, and Chickakoo this year before the ING Marathon. I really should have gone slower and taken walk breaks. I was paced by a coyote for a while. Thanks, Trickster!
