The Excuse Amnesty Run. A nice little flick to which I was invited by Karen Cooksley in a virtual way. A total disaster. OK, so I did not run yesterday because I had to work some weird hours. So I ran today. I really did not want to run today so it is just a coincidence that I found myself running on a day when I was supposed to go bear tossing with friends. Anyway, I didn’t get out of bed until late morning and it was high noon before I got started. Our driveway is shaded by trees on both sides for the first 50 feet and so I stood in that shady tunnel looking out onto the smoking hot prairie.
