Karate 48

Yesterday (Saturday) was the last class of this season. We will be starting summer classes July 8th. There will be one class at the Devon Community Center on Tuesday and one class at Elmwood in Edmonton on Thursday. There will be kobudo so we will have to bring our weapons to class.
Marilyn was down with allergies so she did not come to class. I am still pretty bothered by them too, and I hope it is an anomaly and that I won’t be this bad again for a while.
We went through some katas and kumite. I was happy to get some attention and shown how bad my techniques really are. It is encouraging that my Sensei thinks I am good enough to criticize though! It must mean I am making progress.
Still, I will enjoy the break from classes. But I have to try to practice at home more.
