Monday, June 23rd, 2008My intention was to head out for a scheduled 21 km at the start of this, my rest week. I did not start until about 12:30 PM and things went awry. I did not finish, far from it! I only managed to finish 8 km in 1:03: 46 for a 7:58 pace.
