Plate Tectonics of the Universe…

Yeah! More weird stuff! OK. Here we go. This is a post about what the cosmologists and physicists will eventually discover.

Analogous to the Earth’s plate tectonics theory, here is how the universe works:

Space-time is made up of many “tectonic” space-time plates which drift around the universe and have subduction zones and zones in which new space is created. Black holes are the subduction zones of the universe and the stars are the volcanic areas. When matter is “subducted” into black holes, matter and space and time are swallowed up. To replace this missing mass, energy, and time, it re-emerges from “singularities” at the center of stars. Some “singularities” (the star cores, not “singularity” in the strict physics definition) eventually move away from the upwelling “black hole magma” and simply die out and become relics like neutron stars, white dwarfs, etc., while others explode into super novas for various reasons related to the “continental drift” of space-time. Just as Hawaii will eventually drift away from it’s hot spot and gradually fade away below the depths. Or like other volcanics which explode like Krakatoa.

There are areas of space that contain or allow what is lost in black holes to emerge along “rift zones” or string-like aberrations. Large concentrations of mass are attracted to these rift zones and once they fall into the zone they drift along the zone, guided by the walls until the mass is large enough to begin radiating energy as stars. Eventually either the star leaps out of the zone for unknown reasons (which seems to contradict the initial attraction in the first place), or the rift zone simply disappears and closes up, leaving the star to live out the rest of it’s life. These zones may be found to be string-like, irregular, or maybe they have a definite geometry. They may be concentric around black holes.

The analogy with plate tectonics on Earth will be found to be quite striking, but in hindsight, not surprising considering the uniformity of the laws of physics. The universe will be found to have the equivalent of “hot spots”, “black smokers”, “subduction zones”, “rift valleys”, “aulacogens”, “sedimentary basins”, “fossils within space-time strata”, “erosional and depositional zones”, and so on and so forth.

So now you know. You’re welcome.
