Run 88, 2008 …my IT band is still on strike…
Another 11 km which started out famously at a 6:40 pace until km 6 then I completely fell aprt in spite of the fact that I was wearing a knee brace. It is very discouraging, especially after a week break from running. My doctor’s appointment is not until Nov. 10th, but I will just have to be patient because I really need professional help with this one. I was so happy when I began running faster, almost reaching my goal of a sub hour ten kilometer run. Now I am stonewalled. I’m going to have to slow down and take it easy for God knows how long. It’s the same kind of rotten feeling you get when you’re late for work and you’ve just missed the bus. Now I have to wait for the next one. Somehow, I’ll get through this and I’ll be back, stronger than ever. Sigh.

The arguments presented by Hovind are typically believed by most creationists. The author lists his own brief comments in a numbered list so I will start with the first quote from the author: 1. Over 250 Flood legends from all parts of the world have been found. Most have similarities to … Continue reading
