Run 93, 2008
Another 11 km today in 1:17:57 FOR A 7:05 pace happened in terrific weather. I am loving this “winter” since it is so dry and warm and has not “precipitated” for three months already. I am also happy that my knee has not hurt me yet. I am also quite surprised at this fact. I am wondering now if it is because I am wearing knee tensors, or if it is because I have switched permanently to my “new” (less than 100 km on them) shoes and retired my old ones (which only had about 650 km on them). My old ones are coming apart in the outside of the left foot. The sole on the bottom has peeled away a little just behind where my little toe is.
