It was a fun class, where we practiced some kata and kumite then during the break we got into an informal basketball game and got a real workout running back and forth. It was a lot of fun.
Now I am looking forward to tomorrow when I get to run on the indoor track again. This time I am running the same 5 km speed run, but after the 5 km I will be adding a few more slow laps. I haven’t decided how many more laps yet.
