Run 81, 2009 …back from the dead.

OK so maybe I wasn’t quite dead, but as it is Halloween it sounds pretty cool. And also it’s just my second run since a 16 day rest following my half marathon. Eleven kilometers today brings my total to 1123 kilometers this year. I doubt if I’ll have time to make 1000 miles but we’ll see. Today was snow covered and around zero C, so winter running gear was in effect. The cold is pretty tough on us ZOMBIES!

Anyway, Halloween is tomorrow, and my next run is Sunday so in honor of Halloween I will run like a Zombie and eat anyone I see. ZOMBIE RUN! BEWARE!!!
