Run 92, 2009 …twelve days without any exercise…

Or, since it’s Christmas, how about “The Twelve Lazy Days of Christmas” as a title? Today I ran five and a quarter kilometers indoors on the dreadmill. I was and still am dog tired and I needed to stop for a while to catch up on healing and make all my sore bits go away. Plus there was a huge snow storm and we were stuck at home snowed in and could only get out of our driveway by chaining up and using our old crappy truck.

I missed the last two karate classes, one of which was a grading because of the winter conditions. But that’s OK I wasn’t grading anyway. And I had a lot of issues to deal with.

Hopefully I can shake out of my doldrums and with today’s pathetic run I can get back on track. I still haven’t chalked out a training plan yet for my marathon this May in the United States. Merry Christmas, Channukah, or Happy Solstice, everyone, and to every one else who observes other special times, happy holidays. Well, time for a nap now. zzzzzzz
