There is only one path to the truth. Posted here for the record.

The title of this post pretty much sums up my attitude in the search for truth. All my life I have been searching for the truth. I have been sent down many unfruitful paths in my life through no fault of my own. I was brought up with traditional Christian beliefs of various denominations including Roman Catholic, Protestant, and many other sects, but then who wasn’t brought up in the same way – at least in my country? So it is not a unique upbringing in any way. Oh my, was I right, or what? An update to my David Wilcock et. al. are scam artists.

In one of my previous posts, I told you that I had found and commented on someone’s blog regarding the bullshit David Wilcock makes up and tries to scam other people with. I also had the good sense to copy and paste my comment in order to preserve it just in case the author of the post deleted it. Run 13, 2012 …some comments on the VFFs

Today’s run was 10 kilometers at a 7:05 average pace per kilometer. The weather was great at +2 degrees C. I think this is my longest run at any speed in my VFFs so I am happy with the results. I have not run with my VFFs in really cold weather. The coldest I think was around -7 C. Today my toes did not get cold, but I did feel a good deal of frost burning in all my other outdoor VFF runs, probably because it was colder. I kept having to flex my toes and worry about frostbite until around the 3 km mark when my toes warmed up to a normal comfortable temperature. My wife came up with a theory for that and I think it is correct. She thinks my body shuts off blood flow to my toes and fingers until my core body temperature is high … Continue reading
